Sets up Newsletter and articles for publication. Sends notices of events. Creates posters, brochures and other print publicity items. Notifies photographers of assignments. Communicates with Web Site committee to ensure content is published on the web.
Photographers: selected by Publicity chairman to photograph shows, events and artwork for web site and other publications for publicity.
Newsletters & Correspondence: Write articles, printing, folding, stamping, mailing, etc. |
